Pre-orders
Pre-ordering secures your copy — often at a discounted price — before the book is officially released. Nothing ships until the pre-order period ends; you’ll then receive your book within the timeframe stated on that book’s product page.
Yes. Contact us at shop@thelastreformation.com before the order ships, and we’ll cancel and refund it.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–7 days within Europe and 8–20 days for other international destinations.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Possibly, depending on your country. Import taxes, duties, or VAT are the customer’s responsibility and are outside our control — some countries require payment on pickup.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Contact us at shop@thelastreformation.com to start a return.
No — custom or personalized items, digital downloads, and sale items cannot be returned.
